Cronstrom, Osuch & Company, P.C. was established in 1987, is a public accounting firm licensed with the Arizona State Board of Accountancy and is enrolled in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant's "Practice Monitoring Program," which requires an independent peer review of audit workpapers. At Cronstrom, Osuch & Company, P.C., we specialize in governmental and not-for-profit auditing and consulting services.
Our audit reports have passed the reviews performed by the Arizona Society of CPA's "Governmental Accounting Standards Committee" and the Arizona Auditor General's "Desk Reviews." We are subject to these reviews on all school district and municipal audits. All Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFR) submitted by us to the Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) and the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for excellence in financial reporting have won certificates.
As applicable, all audits are performed in accordance with Government Auditing Standards (GAS) issued by the General Accounting Office (GAO); the Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996 (including OMB Circulars A-87, A-102, and A-133); Arizona Revised Statutes requirements regarding budgeting, reporting, and compliance with the Uniform System of Financial Records (USFR); the AICPA Industry Audit Guide, Audits of State and Local Governmental Units; generally accepted accounting principles and generally accepted auditing standards.
