Cronstrom, Osuch & Company, P.C. was formed in May of 1987 by Sandra Cronstrom and Craig Trbovich (retired). In 2008 the firm added A. Carter Smitherman as its newest partner. Sandra L. Cronstrom, CPA. Sandy is a Certified Public Accountant in good standing licensed with the Arizona State Board of Accountancy. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. Sandy has over twenty-three years of experience in the field of governmental auditing. Her experience prior to establishing Cronstrom, Osuch & Company, P.C. includes four years of governmental financial auditing with the Arizona Office of the Auditor General. In addition, Sandy has nineteen years of experience performing governmental audits in private practice. Dennis J. Osuch, CPA. Dennis is a Certified Public Accountant in good standing licensed with the Arizona State Board of Accountancy. Certificate No. 12097-E was granted on January 14, 2002. Dennis is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a 1996 graduate of Arizona State University. Dennis joined the firm in 1997 and became a partner with Cronstrom, Osuch & Company, P.C. in 2004. Dennis began with Cronstrom, Osuch & Company, P.C. as an entry-level accountant and quickly promoted himself through senior accountant and manager to become partner in less than eight years. Dennis has performed various engagements including audits of state and local governments, reviews, compilations, certain agreed-upon procedures, consulting services and prepared and reviewed tax returns for not-for-profit organizations and homeowners' associations. A. Carter Smitherman, CPA. Carter is a Certified Public Accountant in good standing licensed witht the Arizona State Board of Accountancy. He is a member of the AICPA and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. Carter joined the firm in 1997 after graduating from ASU and became a partner in 2008. Carter has over 11 years of experience in serving Arizona municipalities, school districts, and nonprofit organizations through audit and consulting services. Prior experience includes two years as finance director for the second largest performing arts organization in Arizona.
